A Design of Air Pollution Alert System For Asthmatic Using Personal Communication System Network

Abstract
The research designed the alert system of the asthmatic using PCS network. This system consists of mobile, gas sensor, server, base station. We can expect the prospective result as stated below.
1. The asthmatic will be able to meet the emergence by receiving the information about the pollution degree of the area that they are currently staying.
2. The asthmatic will be able to choose not to go or go with preparation in advance by receiving the degree of air pollution of the area that he or she is moving to.
3. The Public Health Center which has responsibility of the citizen¡¯s health can provides the 24 hours of medical services with low price to the asthmatic.
4. The asthmatic can prevent to change for the worse of the asthma by receiving the messages in advance so it can reduce the medical expenses.
5. The Government can eliminate the cause of the air pollution by recognizing the degree of air pollution.
6. In case, if the degree of contamination exceeds above the standards, this system will broadcast to not only the asthmatic but also the residents so they are able to act against the air pollution.
